|Rescue Me ID: 16-06-26-00104Turbo (female)|
Owosso area, Michigan. Turbo is in need of a new home due to severe bitch aggression with my Malinois. 2-year-old spayed female, born 4/2014, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm prevention. Turbo and her littermate were found as puppies at 10 weeks, so I do not know if she is purebred or not, but she seems to be. Does get along with my male Dutchie who is her littermate, she's very dominant, though. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS. No female dogs or small animals. I have small children that she has been fine with; however, she is iffy with other children, sometimes fine and sometimes not, not sure what her criteria are. Because of this, I am hesitant to place in a home with children 5 and under. She is aggressive towards anyone on a bike or skateboard. High prey drive, decent toy drive, loves to play frisbee and will tug for days. Very food motivated. Knows basic commands - sit, paw, down, wait, crate. Crate and house trained. Turbo will climb a 4-foot chain link fence like a monkey, so a yard fenced in taller than that would be best. She is small, just over 50 pounds. The adoption fee will be donated directly to rescueme.org (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-09-19-00142Tasha (female)|
TASHA is just short of two years old and still has all her puppy energy. She is a really sweet dog and listens well. We believe she is a Floppy eared Dutch Shepherd and she fits all the characteristics. She would probably work well as a herding dog, if you have small stock animals. Tasha is 100% vetted- Spayed, microchip, fecal test, HW negative, UTD on all vaccines. She has no health issues. This girl walked in to someones house as a stray and even though the older owner was found, they did not want her back. She was just too much pup for the lady. Her energy level dropped quite a bit since she was spayed and she focuses much better. Tasha would do well in a home with teenagers or a high energy couple who like to run/bike/swim with their dog. She is VERY smart and learns quickly. She retrieves. At this point, Tasha probably would not do well with a cat but she is a good candidate to learn that cats are her friends. She is in a 'pack' of dogs right now and feeds off the energy. She really needs some time with a good trainer or knowledgeable owner. Tasha had a history of fence jumping, so with the right training and daily high-level exercise and possibly an invisible fence barrier, she would turn out just fine. This is a really GOOD dog and is not mean whatsoever. She has done well in her house-training and does well in a crate but really does not like it.. That would be another area a patient person could effectively work the kinks out of. Please contact email@example.com or visit Streethearts Adoptable Animals on FB to read more about Tasha, watch a video or two of her and request a foster or adoption application. (Less)
