Dutch Shepherd    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Ari is a Dutch shepherd around 5-6 years old. She's completely house trained, not destructive, and has basic obedience training. Loves to run and play fetch. She's high energy and excitable but gets along with most people and dogs as long as they are not aggressive, dominate, or resource guarding. She does bark at people who come over until she greets them and then wants to play. She gets excited by cats and small animals because of her high chase drive. Gets excited by car rides and will bark unless corrected. Sometimes barks at fireworks, thunder, and other load noises. I'm not her original owner, so I don't know the cause of this or her ... (Read More)full behavioral and training history. She needs a new home because I'm moving out of state into a small apartment and will not be able to bring her. She's current on all vaccines and heart worm prevention and is on the small side-roughly 50 lbs. Needs a good home with space to run and play and a patient and experienced dog owner. She responds well to positive reinforcement training methods but sometimes needs a firm hand/fair correction. Looking for a new home in the NE Ohio area. Please call me directly or email gvsabella@gmail.com if you are interested or have any questions. (Less)
